1. General Overview The “Share the Care” program is a loyalty initiative by Trishnanda Care Centre designed to reward existing patients for referring new patients to our services. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

2. Referral Eligibility & Tracking

• The Mechanic: To qualify for a reward, the referred patient must mention the Referrer’s Full Name at the time of booking via WhatsApp.

• New Patients Only: Rewards only apply to first-time patients who have never previously used Trishnanda Care Centre services.

• Completed Treatment: Credit is only issued once the referred patient’s treatment is completed and full payment has been received.

3. Reward Calculation & Usage

• 7.5% Cashback Credit: Referrers earn a credit equal to 7.5% of the net treatment value of the referral’s first booking.

• Treatment Credit Only: Rewards are issued exclusively as Treatment Credit and cannot be exchanged for physical cash or transferred to other individuals.

• Scope of Use: Credits can be applied toward the service fee of any Trishnanda mobile treatment, including Bali Belly support, IV Hydration, and Doctor consultations.

• Medication Exclusions: Please note that referral credits apply to service and treatment fees only. Costs for specific medications, laboratory lab-processing fees, or third-party medical supplies are not covered by referral credits and must be paid in full.

4. Geographical Scope & Delivery

• Free Delivery: Mobile medical delivery is complimentary for most areas in Bali.

• Excluded Areas: Free delivery excludes the regions of Jembrana, Karangasem, and Singaraja. Bookings in these areas may incur a specialized transport fee which is not coverable by referral credits.

5. Validity & Expiration

• 6-Month Window: To maintain an active community, all earned credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued to the referrer’s profile. Unused credits will expire after this period.

6. Medical Disclaimer

• Clinical Priority: Trishnanda Care Centre reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patient is deemed medically unfit for home-service care. In such cases, no referral credit will be generated.

• Program Changes: Trishnanda Care Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time to ensure the safety and quality of our medical operations.
