I was delighted to receive emergency assistance from two doctors who promptly arrived at my hotel in Merusaka, Nusa Duo, and provided me with emergency medical care. They learned everything I needed to know about my situation and performed all the necessary external tests, including taking my temperature, blood pressure, and a pulse. They then placed an IV and gave me injections through a catheter and explained all the medications they were giving me. They were very polite, kind, and calm. They evoked only positive emotions. Afterward, they gave me a diet and a huge number of pills to take with me and explained how to use them. I am very happy. Their names, as I remember them, were Lifia and Nahi (a Russian person couldn't remember them the first time). Thank you.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, caring, and incredibly reassuring. I have always been quite nervous around needles, but somehow they made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated me with genuine kindness and patience. I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Tri and Nurse Hendri enough! I was so sick with Bali belly and they came straight to my villa, which was such a huge relief because I could barely leave my bed. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They explained everything they were doing before starting the IV, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. The level of care they provided was amazing. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure I was okay and comfortable. The IV drip made such a difference—I honestly started feeling better almost immediately. My nausea eased, I felt hydrated again, and within a few hours I had so much more energy. Dr Annie’s and nurse valentina from Trishnanda care centre were absolutely amazing with our 8 year old who was non stop vomiting. They were so patient, kind and explained everything so well. They took the time to explain everything to our daughter too and were so lovely to talk to. It felt like we were in the best hands possible with this doctor and nurse. Her conditions improved so quickly with the IV drip and were given antibiotics, probiotics, electrolytes and really excellent after care. We were so impressed and grateful with the incredible service. And they also arrived so fast which was such a relief with a poorly child. We are so thankful.
Great health care service, I’m Indonesian American and can speak both Indonesian and English. Angela the doctor and Henry the nurse were very professional and was able to help me understand the assessment process and diagnosis followed by the treatment plan. Very kind and patient. If you don’t speak any Indonesian there English is fluent. I had a pretty bad fever and after the service I instantly feel better now. Finding the company and ordering the service was very easy and fast. Definitely recommend this company for any conditions such as Bali belly, dehydration, or flu or fever. The out of pocket cost was very affordable without travel insurance. Came to my air bnb and was in and out within 1-2 hours. I had a great experience and well worth spending the money. They also sold me antibiotics and vitamins on the spot. All in 1 service is pretty great!
I honestly have no words. I wasn’t expecting such a fast improvement, but the treatment I received from Dr. Khrisna and nurse Valent from Trishnanda Care Centre was outstanding. They explained every step of the treatment, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable from the moment they arrived. Their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Within about 30 minutes after they left my villa, my fever had dropped significantly and I felt so much better.
